Dan is a 20th century bluegrass musician trapped in a 21st century engineer’s body. He plays everything but the banjo. He has ten years experience in detailed design of small hydro facilities, and hydrology for the mining and hydropower industries. Dan’s skills include: hydrological modeling and regression analysis, hydraulics, structural design, full stack web development, data analysis and visualization. He also makes a mean mojito and sings opera.
